1.1 These terms and conditions govern all services provided by Fly 4 You, including but not limited to visa applications,

2.1 Fly 4 You acts as a facilitator for visa applications and does not guarantee visa approval. The decision solely rests with the respective embassy or consulate.

2.2 Clients must provide complete, accurate, and authentic documents. Any false information will result in immediate cancellation of services without a refund.

2.3 Processing times vary depending on the embassy, and Fly 4 You is not responsible for any delays.

2.4 Visa fees are non-refundable once the application is submitted.

2.5 Clients are responsible for adhering to all visa regulations of the destination country.

3.1 All tour bookings and air ticket reservations require full payment in advance.

3.2 Cancellations and refunds are subject to airline and hotel policies. Fly 4 You will not be liable for any additional charges incurred due to cancellations or changes.

3.3 Travel insurance is recommended but not provided by Fly 4 You.

3.4 The company is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

3.5 Refund Policy for Tours:

Cancellations 90 days before departure: 80% refund.

Cancellations 60 days before departure: 50% refund.

Cancellations 30 days before departure: 25% refund.

After confirmation of the air ticket and tour: strictly non-refundable.

4.1 Fly 4 You assists in work permit applications but does not guarantee approval. The final decision lies with the respective government.

4.2 Clients must ensure all required documents are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

4.3 Fly 4 You is not responsible for any penalties, rejections, or legal consequences arising from inaccurate or fraudulent documentation.

4.4 Work permit legal fees are as per the agreement.

5.1 Payments must be made in full before processing any application or booking.

5.2 All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.

5.3 In cases of visa rejection, Fly 4 You does not offer refunds for processing fees.

5.4 Any additional charges due to changes, cancellations, or delays must be borne by the client.

5.5 Visa service fees are strictly non-refundable.

6.1 Fly 4 You acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for decisions made by embassies, airlines, or other authorities.

6.2 The company shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from visa rejections, travel disruptions, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

6.3 Clients agree to indemnify Fly 4 You against any legal claims arising from their use of our services.

7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, UK, EU.

7.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the respective jurisdiction.
