Processing Errors: If a service cannot be completed due to an error solely attributable to Fly 4 You, an eligible refund may be provided. Visa Refusal or Third-Party Issues: Refunds are subject to the agreed service terms and any non-refundable fees already incurred. Client Cancellation: Any refund for client-initiated cancellation will be assessed based on the stage of processing and expenses incurred. Refund Requests: All requests must be submitted in writing with relevant payment receipts and supporting documents. Fly 4 You aims to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently. Refund eligibility, deductions, and processing timelines will be communicated to the client as applicable.
